Update on Grosmont Church Restoration Work
The first phase of the restoration of St. Nicholas Church is almost complete; we plan to be back in
the church for services next month and to celebrate with a
Songs of Praise on 6th June at 11.00 am - please come!
The next phase is to consider how best to make the most of this glorious space with new furnishings and then to implement the plans for the nave shown in Church Link last month - and we have not forgotten that we need disabled access and a hearing loop and sound system........ this is just the start of a very exciting project to keep St Nicholas at the heart of the community.
Fund raising continues, both to repay loans on the repairs and to match fund up-grading to the nave and furnishings. You can help by donating, helping with events and coming along to enjoy:
