Churchyard tidy up
At the request of the parochial church council (PCC), a team of remand prisoners from HMP Prescoed under the supervision of Monmouthshire County Council, will tidy up the overgrown parts of Grosmont churchyard.
Their brief is to strim overgrown areas, trim back trees and hedges, remove ant hills, and burn the rubbish.
The team will be on site from
2nd November - 13th November
30th November - 12th December.
We ask for your patience with any disturbance while this work is carried out.
The PCC is grateful to Glyn Edwards and Len Lane of Monmouthshire County Council for their assistance in arranging for this vital work to be undertaken as part of their Community Programme.
